Rafting:
The passages are mostly freely visible, but there are occasional spots that require some attention. The water has irregular rapids and waves, with medium swells, weak rollers, eddies and press water. The obstacles in the riverbed are mostly easy, but there can be small steps and challenges in the rapids.
Canyoning:
The abseil anchors are very easy to reach and abseiling down to a height of 10 metres is straightforward. Easy climbing and descending requires little previous experience, such as surefootedness and a head for heights. The swim is less than 10 metres in calm water and the jumps are easy, up to a height of 3 metres. The slides are short and shallow.
